In the instance that you purchased a product and would like to exchange this for another size or variant, please contact the seller directly on the platform via the Chat Box or updating the ORDER Notes. You are required to request an exchange BEFORE the end of the inspection period, or approving the release of payment to the seller. Once the Seller has been paid, it is at their discretion to facilitate an exchange or not.
If you get no response from the Seller and it is almost the end of the inspection period, please login to Truzo via your account dashboard and DISPUTE the transaction. This will automatically extend the inspection period. If you still receive no response, kindly contact us (with your order number) via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
